About me

  I am a Physical Therapist licensed in the state of Wisconsin, with extensive training in Pain Education, Pain Reprocessing Therapy and Brainspotting.   My passion for what I have learned and how it is changing people's lives convinced me to  move forward into Coaching so that I am not limited to seeing clients only in my state.

In my schooling, we were taught that there is no cure for chronic pain.  People can become more functional with approximately the same amount of pain.  Fortunately, there is new, grounded in research ways to get out of pain.  I have used this on myself, my family, friends and PT patients.  I would love to share it with you 

 The work together involves understanding your story and how you got to the point of seeking help. We will evaluate if your pain is neuroplastic. Once determined, Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT) and Brainspotting can be used to cure neuroplastic pain.  Both ways of treating pain are surprisingly fast and effective.
